Do you come to my home, office or hotel?
Yes. Dr Stretcher is a mobile assisted stretching service for homes, offices and hotels in and around London. Tell us your address when enquiring.
Which London neighbourhoods do you cover?
We focus on London neighbourhoods including Mayfair, Belgravia, Kensington, Chelsea, Marylebone, Hampstead and surrounding areas. Send us your location and we will confirm availability.
Can I book at short notice?
You can enquire at short notice, including for same-day availability. We will let you know what is possible; appointments depend on specialist availability and travel time.
How do I arrange an appointment?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your preferred area, date and time. We will discuss the appropriate session and confirm the arrangements.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing such as leggings, joggers, a T-shirt or sportswear is ideal. Clean socks are recommended.
How long is a stretching session?
You can choose a 25-minute session or a 50-minute session. Multi-session packages and monthly plans are also available.
Do I need equipment?
You will usually just need a clear, comfortable space. We will confirm any practical requirements when arranging your appointment.
Can I pay when the session is complete?
Pay-on-completion is offered for appointments where this has been agreed at booking. Please confirm payment arrangements with us on WhatsApp.
What if a stretch feels uncomfortable?
Tell your specialist immediately. Stretching should be tailored to your comfortable range; never push through pain.
Is this a physiotherapy or medical treatment?
No. Dr Stretcher provides assisted stretching and everyday movement guidance. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, physiotherapy or treatment.
